What is the difference between a limited company and an LLP?

How do I choose a company name?

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel before the formation process starts, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, any costs already incurred are deducted and the remainder is refunded.

What are the UK corporation tax rates?

Corporation tax is 19% on profits up to £50,000 (the small profits rate) and 25% on profits above £250,000 (the main rate), with marginal relief providing a gradual transition in between. Various reliefs and incentives are also available.

Do I need to file annual accounts?

Do I need to register for VAT?

VAT registration is mandatory once your taxable turnover exceeds £90,000 in any 12-month period. Below that threshold registration is voluntary.
