Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when our services can be cancelled and how refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order before we begin work on your behalf. Once we have started processing your application or incurred third-party costs, only the unused portion of our service fee may be refundable.

Non-refundable costs

  • Government / registry filing fees (for example Companies House fees) once an application has been submitted.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as registered office set-up or bank introduction services that have been delivered).
  • Work already completed, charged on a fair pro-rata basis.

When a full refund applies

If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for and no third-party costs have been incurred, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee.

How to request a refund

Email info [at] dorskoformations.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.

Compliance

We may decline to start or continue a service, and refund any advance payment less costs incurred, where we are unable to complete our identity and fraud-prevention checks.

Statutory cancellation rights (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you also have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as described in section 9 of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
