2. The data we collect

• Enquiry data — your name, email address and message when you use our contact form or the live chat on our website.
• Account data — your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account.
• Company formation data — details of directors, shareholders and people with significant control (PSCs): full name, date of birth, nationality, residential and service addresses, shareholdings and business activity (SIC codes).
• Identity verification data — photographs of your passport, a selfie, and proof of address documents you upload during the application process.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookie identifiers collected automatically when you use the site.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

• To provide company formation and related services (including submitting your application to Companies House) — performance of a contract.
• To verify your identity before we act — our legitimate interests: we verify client identity to prevent fraud and protect the integrity of our service. Where we become subject to supervised anti-money-laundering obligations, this basis will change to legal obligation and this policy will be updated.
• To process payments and issue invoices — performance of a contract and legal obligation (tax and accounting rules).
• To respond to your enquiries — our legitimate interest in serving prospective and existing clients.
• To keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
• Analytics and advertising measurement cookies — your consent, given via the cookie banner.

4. Who we share your data with

• Companies House — the details required to incorporate your company become part of the public register. Companies House is a separate data controller.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Hostinger — website hosting and email.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
• Crisp — live chat on our website (data hosted in the EU). If you are logged into your account, we share your name and email address with Crisp so we can identify you in the conversation.
• Google — analytics and advertising measurement, where you consent to those cookies.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK (for example in the EU or the United States). Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

• Company formation, identity verification and accounting records — 6 years after our business relationship ends, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements and the limitation period for contract claims.
• Enquiries that do not lead to an order — up to 24 months.
• Technical logs — up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to our processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is our legal basis. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info [at] dorskoformations.com. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Children's data

Our services are designed for adults. You must be at least 16 years old to use them — 16 is also the minimum age to become a UK company director. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies (required for the site and the application process to work) and — only with your consent via the cookie banner — analytics and advertising measurement cookies (Google). Our live chat provider (Crisp) sets a cookie only if you open the chat window, so that your conversation can be restored when you come back. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which will show the banner again.
