Terms of Service
Version 1.0 — Effective 28 July 2026
These terms replace all previous versions. If you placed an order before this date, contact us if you would like a copy of the terms that applied at that time.
1. Who we are and definitions
These terms are a contract between you and DORSKO LIMITED, trading as Dorsko Formations ("we", "us"), company number 15104126, registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. "You" means the person or business ordering our services. "Services" means the company formation and related administrative services listed on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms.
You may order as an individual (consumer) or for business purposes. If you order as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your cancellation rights in section 9.
2. What we do
We help non-resident founders form UK limited companies. Our services include preparing and submitting your incorporation application to Companies House, providing a registered office address service, and the additional administrative services listed on our services page.
3. What we do not do
- We are not an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) and do not carry out Companies House identity verification.
- We are not part of, or an agent of, Companies House or any other government body. Companies House makes the final decision on every application.
- We are not a law firm, accountancy practice or financial adviser, and nothing on this website or in our communications is legal, tax, accounting, financial or immigration advice. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.
4. Your account and your information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for making sure every piece of information and every document you give us is accurate, complete and up to date. Filings are prepared from the information you provide; you are responsible for errors in that information.
5. Identity checks
We verify the identity of every client before we act, to prevent fraud and to protect the integrity of our service. We may ask for identity and proof-of-address documents and may decline or pause an order until our checks are complete. Details are on our identity verification page.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the packages page and are payable in advance. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where a government fee applies, it is stated in the package or service description.
7. Timescales
We normally submit your application within one working day of receiving your complete information and documents. Companies House typically processes applications within 24–48 working hours, but its processing times are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. By placing an order you expressly request that we begin the service within that 14-day period. If you cancel after work has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the work already done and for third-party costs already incurred; once the service has been fully performed, the right to cancel is lost. To cancel, email us or use the contact form. Refunds are made to your original payment method as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Acceptable use
You may only use our services for lawful purposes. We may refuse, suspend or terminate service where we suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure or other unlawful activity, or where you provide false information. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, design, graphics and software) belongs to DORSKO LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission. Documents and information you provide remain yours.
12. Our liability
We are not liable for decisions of Companies House, HMRC, banks or payment providers, for delays caused by third parties, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us — our Complaints Policy explains how we handle complaints and the timescales we work to.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
