Whistleblowing and Grievance Mechanism Policy
This policy sets out how staff, contractors, partners and members of the public can report suspected wrongdoing connected with our business, and how workplace grievances are handled.
What you can report
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, bribery or other financial crime
- Breaches of legal or regulatory obligations
- Danger to health and safety, or damage to the environment
- Deliberate concealment of any of the above
How to raise a concern
Report your concern by email to info [at] dorskoformations.com marked “Confidential – Whistleblowing”. Please provide as much detail as you can, including dates, people and documents where possible.
Confidentiality and protection
- We will treat your report confidentially and only share it on a strict need-to-know basis.
- You may raise a concern anonymously, although this can make investigation harder.
- No one who raises a genuine concern in good faith will suffer any detriment or retaliation.
How we respond
We will acknowledge your report promptly, assess it, and take proportionate action, which may include an internal investigation and, where legally required, a report to the relevant authorities such as the National Crime Agency (NCA).
Grievances
If you have a personal grievance about our service or working relationship, please contact us using the details above and we will seek to resolve it fairly and without delay.
